All services offered are exclusive for NXT Elite clients from Bank NXT. By using NXT Concierge services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the company/bank and those to govern its services collectively/individually.
The service provided includes obtaining products from various reputable suppliers.
While NXT Concierge aims at fully satisfying each of their Elite clients, the company and bank will not be responsible for any inherent defect in any product including poor quality or unsuitability of the product for a particular purpose.
Services and products that are not directly produced by NXT Concierge shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency or increase in price/ rates.
The client will only pay the cost price of requested items and will be provided with a receipt from the source.
All tickets are subject to availability.
There are no service charges as services are free of charge and covered by Bank NXT for their Elite clients.
